Blake's Birthday

Blake's 24th birthday was February 5th but he had more like a birthday week and a half because he had another party on the 13th as well. So we will start on the 13th and go backwards. My mom did her birthday party for him and it was so fun. She made him one of his favorite foods, enchiladas. They were delicous! And then Blake opened his birthday gifts.

Of course he was in a funny mood and just had to show off the line up of gifts.

He got the third season of Home Improvement, Rec Room for the wii and pistachios.

Then we went to have cake. My mom made him a red velvet cake covered in cream cheese frosting. It is one of his favorites.

Kenlee really wanted to help dad with his cake and all those pretty candles and dad had to stop her from burning herself.

Now we are back to the 5th. We both had the whole day off so we made a day of it. First we went bowling. Of course Blake won both games but it was still way fun. Then we went to Walmart and bought some new games and went home and played Life and Slamwich for a few hours. The dinner request had been in for months. We went to Texas Roadhouse! We had to wait forever because it was a friday but it was so worth it. Then we went home to have cake. Blake's request this year was oreo cheese cake, homemade oreo cheese cake.

Kenlee and I got him the first season of Home Improvement and a package of oreos.

We had so much fun and I think he really had a good birthday week!

Valentines Pictures

I took Kenlee to get her first Valentines Pictures yesterday and they turned out so cute! I can't believe how well she did. Here are a few of my favorites but there are so much more that you will have to come to my house to see.

Kenlee is 5 Months Old!

Wow time is flying by so fast. I know everyone told me it would but it is starting to hit me just how fast she is growing up. Kenlee is 5 months old now and added one more tooth and is trying to get one more through. That puts her up to 5 teeth and one trying to come through. Here are her 5 month pictures.

Little Blue Rollers

Today while I was wandering Walmart I found some little blue rollers. I just had to try them.

Learning New Things

Today when I was getting Kenlee dressed from her bath, I sat her up to button up her shirt and she just stayed there all by herself for the first time! She is growing up so fast.

She is so proud of herself too!

Happy Birthday Tiffany!

Yesterday was Tiffany's birthday so we all went over to my moms house to celebrate. I decided to try curling Kenlee's hair to go over and it turned out so cute. I am amazed at how long her hair has gotten since she was born.

When we were at my parents house yesterday my mom noticed that Kenlee had two more teeth. 4 1/2 months old and she has 4 little teeth (two on top and two on the bottom). That silly girl is going to do everything on her own time.

Tiffany had gone to see Avatar with her friends for her birthday and so she brought back the 3-d glasses. Her and Kenlee decided to model them for us.

We all gathered around to see Tiffany open her birthday gifts and she was being a goof so I had to record her. She had a funny comment for everything.
