Eggcellent Easter 2016

The Saturday before Easter we had a party at my parents house. We met that morning to dye eggs together. Kenlee and Jordyn are getting really into the eggs but once Tytan found out he wasn't aloud to drink the dye water he cried and then put stickers all over himself. I guess we will try again next year. After eggs we had an Easter lunch which included delicious deviled eggs made from the eggs we had dyed earlier. After Lunch we enjoyed a egg hunt compliments of Captain Obvious which was great! The kiddos helped me gather all the eggs since Daddy was working. They had a great time!

Sunday morning I attempted to get a picture of my cuties in their Easter best but you know how it is to get a 6, 4 and 1 year old to hold still and smile. These were the best choices......

The Easter bunny came while we were at church and left a little note. This was the highlight for the kids. 

We had a great Easter together as a family. I love holidays with my little kiddos, they make everything so exciting and magical again.

Jordyn's 4th Birthday

Well I seriously can't believe this little cutie is four! She is so fun and always full of personality.  We love having her in our lives!  This year she picked to go to Pizza Pie Cafe again for dinner. The cashier asked why we were out to dinner and we told her it was Jordyn's birthday, so she got a birthday dessert. She was so sweet about getting the dessert because she wanted Kenlee to share it with her.

Jordyn's birthday as on a preschool day so she got to share treats with all her friends. She took cupcakes with "birthday" hats on them.  It was a first for us to have a birthday/school day since Kenlee hasn't been in school for her birthday yet. So fun!

Jordyn picked a Anna (Frozen) cake this year and lucky for me Kenlee had the figurines so it made my job easy. I loved how her cake turned out and so I am on my way to making up for her two awful cakes I made. All of our family gathered for a very 4 year old dinner. Jordyn picked chicken nuggets, bread sticks and sweet peppers. I was nervous to serve this but I figured it was what she wanted and it ended up being really fun! Everyone was a good sport about it. She was absolutely spoiled with gifts from everyone who loves her and was so thrilled! She definitely had a great birthday!

Moments in Time: February 2016

Gammie made Valentine's Day pillow cases for all the cuties.

Kenlee had to have two of her teeth pulled to allow two of her other teeth to hopefully come in straight. She was so brave about the whole thing and did just as she was asked. She watched her movie and let them work.  All she wanted was a banana shake from Big J's.

Kenlee got to celebrate her 1/2 birthday at school. She was so excited since she has never had a birthday at school. She got to wear her birthday crown and they made this adorable birthday book with pictures that her classmates drew for her.
