The Batt family got us Pie Face Showdown for Christmas and we decided to share. We took it over to my parents and made everyone play with us, including the grand kids. It was hilarious! Once we had finished up Nato had the funny idea to play with a slice of pumpkin pie..... the pie didn't have a chance!
Tytan got an amazing set of tools for Christmas from Gammie and Poppy. Blake got him a tool box to store his own tools in. Now he "fixes" everything. Cute boy!
After a long day of mom doing hair this little man wouldn't let mom put him down. Oh man he is a mommy's boy!

Tytan likes to randomly sit on Kenlee's lap while they are watching a cartoon. Kenlee is almost always surprised and pleased.
Camden almost always tries to fall asleep an hour before bedtime and then still wakes up in the middle of the night so we have been trying to do his tummy time before bed because he usually gets so angry and it kept him up. We gave up after 2 nights in a row he just curled up and slept. Adorable stinker.
Kenlee drew this adorable picture of her Minnie Mouse tsum tsum. She is quite the budding artist. I am so proud of her!
Poor Kenlee woke up again with strep throat. This is the third time in 9 months. The doctor we saw found that she also had Sinusitis and has a small hope that maybe this has slowly been dripping on her tonsels and giving her strep throat so often. He has treated both of them and we have our fingers crossed that she won't get it again (at least anytime soon). If she gets it again they will recommend removing her tonsils. Poor girl, she is such a trooper!
We have had so many snow days this year! CRAZY! 3 full snow days and a 2 hour delay day. This is unprecedented! On the third snow day we took full advantage and I sent the kiddos in to the back yard and they had a blast in the snow! Tytan mostly wondered around eating snow (good thing it was still falling so it was fresh). Kenlee started to build a snowman but once she finished the base she decided to ride on it, lay on it and jump off it. Silly girl! She also made a giant snowball on our air conditioning unit. Its still there and growing with each snow storm, she checks! Jordyn found a little clubhouse made from branches that were heavy with snow. It made that cutest little hut. They all had such a great time. Tytan eventually got cold and I found him with his face pressed on the door.
Tytan always likes to "help" with laundry which usually means crumpling clothes or strewing them around the room. I gathered Tytan's laundry from the dryer and then got distracted with a grumpy Camden. Tytan told me he would take care of it. I was very impressed, he organized the clothes into piles and "smoothed" them similar to what I would have done. I guess he is watching me closer then I thought.
Camden and I are in a never ending battle right now about thumb sucking. I try desperately to switch him out to a binkie and some how he usually finds his thumb again. We shall see who wins this battle.... and the war!
Tytan loves to help with Camden. I am always rushed with many different feelings when he asks to hold him. Fear for Camden's safety (Tytan isn't mean but he moves quick and at full force ALWAYS), excitement that he loves his brother and proud of how well he honestly tries to respond to what Camden needs.
He even wipes up spit up. Sorry ladies, he is not available to date for 30 plus years....
Sucking his thumb again! I know he looks so cute doing it but I am so afraid of having to break the habit some day. You can't just cut off their thumbs and take them away.
This look was while I was trying to catch an elusive smile picture. He always catches me getting out my phone and this time looked at me like "Seriously?!?" I laughed so hard.
It is seriously rough being the 4th child. You must plug your ears to keep it quiet enough to nap. (He really did this to himself!)
Kenlee has been asking me to come have lunch with her on Pizza Day for a few months now. Sadly between new baby, holidays and avoiding germs I hadn't made it in yet. Luckily we were able to make arrangements and we finally had some Kenlee and Mommy time. She was incredibly shy with me there but I think she had a good time. I was very popular with the first graders, I opened several milk cartons and apple slice packages. All of them were telling me stories and one little girl sang me her rendition of a song from Moana. It was truly entertaining. After we ate she took me out to the playground to show me what she does. She was particularly excited about how deep the snow was around the swings, they had to dig ditches to swing! It was a great lunch date!
We decided to get Camden a new bed to see if we could help him sleep a little better. Tytan ran upstairs to get his screwdriver and "fixed" brothers bed. He kept saying "I will fix this so Camden never wakes up." Should I be concerned....
The Rock n Play is a major success. He sleeps well and he will even sit in it while I clean the bathroom or something. AMAZING! I should have got one over a month ago!
