Kenlee is Crawling!

Its official! Kenlee is crawling! It has been so fun to watch her learn all these new things. She gets so excited about getting to places on her own. She is still a little wobbly but each day she gets a little better. She tries to cross her feet while she crawls and it makes her slower but when she figures that out she will be a speed demon. It kind of weirds me out sometimes when I set her on the floor next to her toys and suddenly she is at my feet begging to eat my food. She has changed so much in the last 2 weeks. She is quickly changing into a toddler. Too quickly.

Trip to California #3

On Friday we went to the Long Beach Aquarium.
Nathan is such a funny kid, he looks like he is floating in the tank!

Kenlee loved all the fish! She also loved all the kids that were at the aquarium.

Trip to California #2

On Thursday we went to Six Flags Magic Mountian. My dad operated rides there when he was 16.

Kenlee just played and had a great time being outside. She is such a good baby!

All of us the went on the log ride at Magic Mountian. We were so wet!

We saw Alex the Lion and one of the penguins, it was so fun!

Trip to California

Kenlee and I headed off to California for a week and poor Blake had to stay home and do school work. He had three test that he just could not miss (of course). We had a great week with my grandparents and we had so many adventures. Tuesday we went to a car museum and say a bunch of older cars that are in mint condition and road ready. Wednesday we went to Universal Studios.

Tiffany wanted a picture with Beetlejuice but then of course Beetlejuice had to but the moves on Tiffany. It was hilarious to watch.

Mom and Tiffany were twins wearing yellow so we had to take a picture.

Aren't we so cute? She was looking like me while we were there so we had to take pictures.

Easter

Kenlee's first easter was way fun, she had three easter egg hunts. First we started out at our house. Kenlee and Dad found her easter basket and then began to search for her easter eggs. She thought it was so fun.


Then we headed to Grandma and Grandpa Daines house to watch the first session of conference. After we had another egg hunt. Kenlee got Winnie the Pooh easter eggs. She thought they were so cool. Grandma Daines also made her some new anklets. They are so cute.

We went to Grandma and Grandpa Ulrich's house after that. I forgot to get the camera out but we had so much fun. We watched the second session of conference and then we all searched for our eggs. Kenlee loves searching for easter eggs.

Kenlee's New Jewlery

Last night I went to the mall to meet Mitch and after we had wondered around for a little while I decided to go into Clair's and get Kenlee's ears pierced. I had been debating on whether to do it our not and just decided to do it. She did so good.

She looks so cute!

The earrings I picked out for her are her birthstone. When I pierced my ears I had my birthstone so I decided to keep with the tradition.

Two Year Anniversary

Blake and I had our two year anniversary on Monday. I had to work the morning because it was a monday so Blake surprised me by sending me this beautiful rose to work.


I got off work about 2:45 and headed home. Blake meet me at our apartment and surprised me with even more roses. They are so pretty.



I thought that he had spoiled me enough with all the sweet surprises but he still had one more up his sleeve. He gave me this beautiful wall plaque that says "Mr & Mrs: A journey to Forever." He is the sweetest husband ever.
It was a beautiful day so we took the baby for a walk. It felt so good to be outside in the sun shine and Kenlee loved it. After our walk we played darts on the Wii and it was way to fun. For dinner that night we got a Papa Johns pizza and relaxed. It was a great anniversary and I am so excited for many more to come.
